Cancellations and Refunds
Team Cancellation
It is very important that all attendees are properly registered by Thursday, May 3, 11:59 p.m. EDT. If the entire team cancels before that date, DIHQ will refund all registration fees except 50% of the $500 deposit (i.e., $250). After May 3, DIHQ will refund all registration fees received except the $500 deposit.
Individual Cancellation
Changes can be made to individual housing and meal packages until Thursday, May 3, 11:59 p.m. EDT. After May 3, individual registration package cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation must be submitted in writing by the Team Manager via e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fax to (856) 324-4371. After May 14, cancellations can only be made in the Registration and Orientation Area at TRECS in Knoxville.
Event Pass, Event Pass with Lunch, and Day Passes are not refundable after May 14.
Refunds, less cancellation fee, will be sent 6 to 8 weeks after the event.
