Move In: Tuessday, May 22 from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm

Souvenir Store

All exhibitors are welcome to sell their product(s) in our Souvenir Store, located in the Innovation Expo Hall. We will provide you with 48 sq feet equal to 1 metal display rack with four (4) shelves.
All unsold product will be shipped back to Destination ImagiNation’s offices. We will then ship your products back to you. Please provide Destination ImagiNation with your UPS account number or other prepaid label for return shipment.

Newspaper Ads

All exhibitors have an ad included in their package for the daily newspaper. The ads are guaranteed to run in the Thursday and Saturday issues. All ads are due to Destination ImagiNation by May 2.

Meals

We will provide beverages and light snacks in the Exhibitor Lounge during show hours, and we invite you to purchase a VIP package for your meal plan. The VIP package also gives you access to our open and closing ceremonies and a chance to see Destination ImagiNation in action.
