Challenge Sites

Team Challenge sites are spread across the University of Tennessee campus and the beautiful Knoxville Convention Center. The Presentation Sites have all been chosen to show off Challenge solutions, and they will be set up so the Appraisers and the audience will be able to see and enjoy your team’s Presentation to the fullest.
Each Presentation Site has a Prop Storage Area nearby. If your team’s props were shipped, they will be delivered to the Prop Storage Area for your Team Challenge, so be sure to check for your props as soon as you arrive. The team may assemble props and Presentation materials in the Prop Storage Area, but be aware that these areas are very crowded. While your team is working on its props in the Prop Storage Area, you must always be careful with other people’s things. There will be dressing rooms (usually bathrooms) close to each Presentation Site, but they can also be very crowded.
The Instant Challenge portion of the Tournament will take place in the Humanities Building on the University of Tennessee campus. There will be a Chill Out area for teams to relax after completing their Instant Challenges. As teams exit the building, they’re invited to perform festive “Ta-da!” celebrations.
Be sure your team members take time to see many different Team Challenge Presentations from differ¬ent Challenges, as well as celebrate with other teams as they present their unique Instant Challenge “Ta-da!” performances!
